1 Chronicles 16:34 tells us, “Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.” 1 Chronicles 29:13 says, “And now we thank you, Our God, and praise your glorious name.” God has blessed us. And we give thanks. Giving thanks to our Lord is simply an expression of gratitude for the blessings God has bestowed upon us. Psalm 136:1-2 reads, “Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever. Give thanks to the God of gods, for his steadfast love endures forever.” Let us give thanks. Prayers were answered. God has redeemed us. We are a nation under God once again. Praise be to God.
