A Good Woman.

A woman is special, she is a gift to hold dear.

May 10, 2026

“Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her.” (Proverbs 31:28 KJV)

This verse highlights the recognition and honor, a virtuous woman receives from her family due to her dedication, wisdom, and nurturing care.  In the 1960’sit seems as if the family unit began to lose the concept of the role of a woman in the household.  God created a man and a woman in His image and blessed them.  God made a woman different from a man.  Each has a special role to offer.

This verse shows that the woman and what she offers to the household is special and should not go unnoticed.  Her family recognizes her worth.  She is called blessed because her family respects and is grateful for her and what she does.  Her husband openly praises his wife, acknowledging her contributions to their lives.

Today let us honor our mother’s Happy Mother’s Day.  God Bless.  Amen.
