“…and hope does not disappoint us, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit which has been given to us.” (Romans 5:5) Hope is a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen. We all hope that our future will be good—we hope things will work out—we hope that life will get better—we hope for good health—we hope our loved ones will be safe and have good health—we hope. When we hope, we place our trust in the LORD God Almighty. Trust is a firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something. So, when it comes to trusting God, that means believing in His reliability, His Word, His ability, and His strength. Psalm 28:7 reads, “The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trust, and I am helped; my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to Him.” Today, whatever you are going through know that God is with you and that no matter what you are going through He will see you through. God Bless. Amen.
