Are you unhappy? Are you disappointed in how

Are you disappointed in how your life is going?

May 6, 2024

Are you unhappy? Are you disappointed in how your life is going? Are you frustrated about a situation you are in? Life can get overwhelming, frustrating, and disappointing which can cause us to be unhappy and to wallow in our unhappiness. Thus, the cycle of feeling sorry for our self begins. We all have been there or are going through this right now. Here is the thing, if we keep focusing on our unhappiness, our frustrations in life and our disappointments we will lose sight of the good that is transpiring and has transpired in our life. We need to keep our attention on the good not the bad. We need to focus on the positive things that are going on in our daily lives. We need to count our blessings. Remembering that God is with us, in all that we are going through. God gives us the strength and courage we need, step by step, moment by moment. So, if life is getting you down remember “The joy of the LORD is my strength.” (Nehemiah 8:10) God Bless. Amen.
