God is Able!

God's power is limitless!

“Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us. (Ephesians 3:20 NIV)

           “Now to him who is able” establishes for us God’s capacity. For God is not just willing.  He is fully capable.

           “Immeasurable more” reveals to us that God overflows or surpasses any standard of measurement.  He is more than anything we could ever imagine.

           “According to his power that is at work within us” clarifies that God’s power, God’s strength, God’s wisdom and understanding, His infinite power is there for all of us.  He is sufficient.  

           God is able to do far more than we can comprehend.  God is able to exceed anything we ask.  God is able to save completely those who come to Him. God is able to pull us out of self-pity.  God is able to guide us when know not what to do.  God is able to give us strength when we are weak.  God is able to grant us peace when life is filled conflict.  God is able to forgive us when we fall short of what we know we should do.  God is able to give us hope when life becomes overwhelming.  God is able to sustain us when we are experiencing difficult times.  God is able.  God is able to do the impossible.  

           For God has the power to bring everything under His control, for God's power is limitless. Sometimes we forget, God is able.  God Bless.  Amen.
