God touched me, oh the joy that feels

God touched me, oh the joy that feels my soul.

May 4, 2023

God touched me, oh the joy that feels my soul. Our God is a God of love, mercy and forgiveness. He is our all in all. When we are down, He lifts us up. When we are sad, He brings light to the situation. When we feel unloved, He loves us and helps us through life’s pain and heartache. When we are wrong, He forgives us unconditionally, always. Sometimes in life, when life is hard and uncertain, all we can do is cling to God. Hoping and praying for strength and courage to get us through the situation we are in. Then He touches us—and oh the joy that feels our soul. The song He touched me says it all, “Shackled by a heavy burden, ‘Neath a load of guilt and shame then the hand of Jesus touch me, and now I am no longer the same. He touched me, oh He touched me, and oh the joy that floods my soul! Something happened and now I know, He touched me and made me whole…” So whatever you are going through know that God is there and then just hold on. He will see you through. God Bless. Amen.
