Happiness what is it? It is a state

Happiness what is it?

March 23, 2025

Happiness what is it? It is a state of well-being and contentment: Joy. It is also a pleasurable or satisfying experience. It is good fortune, prosperity. Happiness is something that people seek to find and is different for everyone. It is a feeling. Typically, happiness is an emotional state characterized by feelings of joy, satisfaction, contentment, and fulfillment. While happiness has many different definitions, it is often described as involving positive emotions and life satisfaction. What will make you happy? A new car? A new home? A new job? Mend a relationship? Be healed of an illness? Have a loved one be healed? Win a million dollars? What will make you happy? Sometimes, we think that happiness comes from external things but in reality, happiness is an inside job! You choose to be happy, mad, sad, or glad. Remember the joy of the LORD is our strength. (Nehemiah 8:10) happiness comes from within. Because it is a feeling! Charles Swindoll says, “life is 10% and attitude is 90%.” Today, take a look at your life, are you happy? If not why, because happiness is a choice. It is something to think about—for the only person who can make you happy is yourself! God Bless. Amen.
