How do you deal with the pressures, anxiety,

How do you deal with the pressures, anxiety, frustration, worry in life?

October 1, 2024

How do you deal with the pressures, anxiety, frustration, worry in life? What do you do to help reduce the everyday stresses of life? Do you exercise? Paint? Work in your yard. Go for a drive? Talk it over with someone? Do you make things? Do you sing and sing, trying to forget about your worries? Do you read the Bible and listen to Christian music? Do you pray and give it over to God? Or do you internalize your stress, and it comes out through different health issues? How do you deal with life’s stresses? I think, probably the best way is a combination of all the above, most importantly, going to God in prayer, then letting go and letting God. For worrying never changed the situation, it only makes it worse. 1 Peter 5:7 says, “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” Stress, we all have it, let us learn to take care of ourselves. For life is too short. God Bless. Amen.
