I saw on Facebook the other day this saying. “Instead of talking about me behind my back, please pray for me, since you are so perfect.” Interesting thought, because if you think about it, we are told, to pray for all people—even our enemies. In 1 Thessalonians 1:2 it reads, “We always thank God for all of you and continually mention you in our prayers.” It feels good to know someone is praying for you. That someone would take the time to pray for you! Prayer is how we communicate to God. Prayer is a request for help or an expression of thanks addressed to God. When we pray for someone, we are asking God to intervene on our behalf. So let us pray and then pray some more. Let us pray so big and so often that the power of the LORD God Almighty transforms, renews, and touches all whom we are praying for, because there is power in prayer. God Bless. Amen.
