I was upset the other day.

June 18, 2025

I was upset the other day. I had the house all to myself. I had been praying and praying to God, talking about the situation I was dealing with. I turned on Christian music listening to it, praying, and cleaning. I clean when I am upset. Pretty soon I was no longer thinking about myself but focusing on God. The problem seemed to have dissipated. John 3:30 reads, “He must increase, but I must decrease.” When you pray, when you listen to Christian music, when you read the Bible, when you meditate it gets your eyes off of yourself and helps you to keep your focus upon God. When we keep our eyes upon God our day will go much smoother. God Bless. Amen.
