“I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised, so shall I be saved from my enemies.” (Psalm 18:3) “As for me, I will call upon God; And the LORD shall save me.” (Psalm 55:16) “Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me.” (Psalm 50:15) “Because He has inclined His ear to me, therefore I will call on Him as long as I live.” (Psalm 116:2) I will call upon the Lord means to worship God, appeal to Him for salvation and aid, and depend on Him for strength and guidance in times of trouble. It is an expression of faith that involves acknowledging God as the ultimate source of help. It is a declaration of trust, faith, a prayer to God. When we call upon the Lord, we acknowledge that He is worthy of praise. For God is worthy of our worship not just for what He has done, but for who He is—perfect, faithful, and righteous—the creator of all things. Who is omnipotent, powerful, wonderful, almighty, King of kings, Lord of lord, He is the Alpha and the Omega, our all in all. For He does not change. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He is our God. Therefore, let us call upon the Lord who is the beginning and the end, who is our God and worthy of our praise. Praise God. Praise God in all things. He is worthy! Amen. God Bless.
