If you are having a bad day, say, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthen me.” If you are overwhelmed in life, say, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthen me.” If life throw you lemons say, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthen me.” If you are exercising and having a hard time getting through the workout, say, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthen me.” If you are frustrated with a situation and know not what to do, say, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthen me.” If you are trying to stick to your diet, say, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthen me.” “I can do all things through Christ who strengthen me. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I can do all things through Christ who strengthen me.” (Philippians 4:13) This is my mantra. When things are tough, when I do not know what to pray for or how to articulate what needs to be said. Today, if you are struggling, say these words over and over again. Keep your eyes focused upon the LORD God Almighty. Psalms 16:8 says, “I keep my eyes always on the LORD. With him at my right hand, I will not be shaken.” God will help you, for He is the one sure thing in this life of ours. He will see you through any situation you are in! God Bless. Amen.
