Life happens. We wake up to a new day. The sun is shining, birds are singing, and joy fills the air. Then something happens, life becomes hard and discouraging, filled with pain and heartache. And we don’t know what to do, where to turn, so we sit down to catch our breath, and we pray. We pray and pray and pray, for when life get hard and we know not what to do, we turn to God, because God is the one sure thing when life is filled with undeniable pain and heartache. Psalms 5:1-2 reads, “Listen to my words, LORD, consider my lament. Hear my cry for help, my King and my God, for to you I pray.” Today, know that God is with you. He will comfort you and sustain you and He will give you the strength and courage you need. And the hope to carry on. For you are not alone as you face life’s problems. God Bless. Amen.
