Life is Brief.

Life is short, let us live each day intentionally.

March 2, 2026

So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.” (Psalms 90:12 KJV)

This scripture is a prayer for God’s perspective, asking God to help us recognize the briefness of our lives.  It encourages us to live intentionally, using our time wisely, for we only have a limited amount of time here on earth.

It shows us that what we say, what we do, how we think, affects each day of our lives.  The phrase “number of days” does not mean counting days lived but rather acknowledging that life is short.  When we can start to understand there isn’t one more day, but one less, we will make all our days count.

Today, make this day the best day you have lived thus far.  What you say, how you act, what you do and think, be intentional about it.  Don’t live with regrets saying, “I wish I would have done this or that.”  Be purposeful about your day.  Make each task of your day a priority with God at your side. Because with God all things are possible and remember I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Think of it this way, this is the first day of the rest of your life.  Make it count.  There are NO re-do’s.  God Bless. Amen.
