Obstacles will occur in Life!

Trust in the Lord and our barriers will come down.

April 4, 2026

“I will go before you and will level the mountains; I will break down gates of bronze and cut through bars of iron.” (Isaiah 45:2 NIV)

This scripture shows how God breaks down barriers—whether fear, sin, or obstacles.  He does this by going before us, strengthening us, and giving us courage.  He levels mountains, destroys spiritual strongholds, and removes barriers, offering power over challenges. This verse signifies God’s sovereignty in removing obstacles, overcoming defenses, and paving the way for His purpose.

As we learn to lean on God’s strength, we overcome our fear and anxiety in life. For God shifts our focus from our fear—the problem itself—to God.  As this happens one can find peace in the midst of a fearful situation.

When doubt and unbelief occur God will help us overcome our unbelief through understanding the power of God .  And we learn to pray, “Help me in my unbelief, my doubting!”  It is in this moment that we are renewed; we are strengthened to overcome our doubting spirit.

When pride and control dominate our life, God helps us tear down the things that block us from experiencing God’s guidance.  As we learn to trust God—we learn to let go and let God.

When guilt and shame control our lives making us want to run from God rather than towards Him.  God helps us break down those feelings, by helping us to realize how much we are loved, accepted, and forgiven.

When we learn to depend on God for all things our barriers are overcome and God’s strength and guidance emerge.  And we realize “I can do all things through Christ who strengthen me.” God Bless.  Amen.
