Oh, for the Goodness of God.

The goodness of God is always there.

July 2, 2026

“I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.” (Psalm 27:13NIV)

Oh, the goodness of God, is an expression of deep gratitude and awe regarding God’s character, forgiveness, mercy, and love in a person’s life.  God’s goodness is not just an action He performs; it is his core—it is who He is.

God’s goodness is found through His blessings and love which are revealed to us daily—anytime, anyplace.  Through good times or bad God’s goodness prevails.

The goodness of God is found in His kindness and love, which is given freely—even when our actions, thoughts, or words do not deserve it.

God is so good because His faithfulness never ends.  And when we look back over our lives, we see the goodness of God moving in and through it daily—moment by moment.  Oh, the goodness of God.

The goodness of God is our shelter, our shield and refuge, He loves us unconditionally, He forgives our sins, He is our counselor, our sustainer, a very presence in times of trouble.  So, let us give thanks for God is so good.  Oh, for the goodness of God!  God Bless. Amen.
