Our days are filled with moments of great

Our days are filled with moments of great joy, beauty, and hope.

Our days are filled with moments of great joy, beauty, and hope. Most days, we just go about our business and for the most part, nothing really bad happens. Normal everyday life occurs. Then something happens. We get knocked down, we are taken back by the situation at hand. What do you do? Do you let that one bad moment destroy your day? Do you get angry and frustrated, yelling at those around you? Do you shut down and feel sorry for yourself? Do you try to hide from the problem, hoping it will just go away? Do you pray for help and guidance? How do you handle life’s disappointments? Psalm 18:3 reads, “I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised; So shall I be saved from my enemies.” God will always hear you, whether you are happy, sad, heartbroken or disappointed. Philippians 4:19 says, “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.” No matter what disappointment, frustration, or painful moment you are in, God’s vastness, His healing power, and His capacity to overcome any situation will be there for you. Remember, you may have just got your breath knocked out of you, from a situation you are in, but God is with you. Pray for His guidance, His strength, His healing power, and that peace which passes all understanding. Rely upon Him to get you through the situation you are in. Do not let that one moment in time ruin your day. For our hope comes from the Lord, who created all things. God is bigger than the situation you are in. God is with you! God Bless. Amen.
