Our God is an awesome God. He reigns

Our God is an awesome God.

July 21, 2025

Our God is an awesome God. He reigns throughout our land. He is with us in all situations and circumstances. Our God is King of kings and LORD of lords mighty and majestic is He. Psalm 73:26 reads, “My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.” This scripture tells us that God is our strength. Which means one finds courage, resilience, and the ability to face life’s challenges through one’s faith and beliefs. It also implies that God provides a source of power and support, especially during times of trouble, acting as a refuge and an ever-present help. The Lord is my portion means that God is the believer’s ultimate inheritance, source of happiness, and security. It signifies that God’s presence, power, and provisions are sufficient and preferable to any earthly possessions or comforts. It also expresses contentment and trust in God as the greatest treasure. All we have to do is turn to Him—trust in Him and believe. Knowing that He will never fail you nor forsake us. So, hold on to Him. He will see you through whatever it is you are going through. But remember be still for it is God’s timing not yours. God Bless. Amen.
