Our God is faithful, compassionate, and all loving. He is our all in all. Sometimes, in the midst of life, we forget to rely upon Him. Because we become so busy being busy that we forget about God. Whether our life is good and wonderful, or we become consumed in life’s harrowing moments. God seems to take a back seat in our life! What can we do? I think, learning to draw nearer to God on a daily basis is the key! As you become more intentional about God and spending time alone with Him, when everything else in life fails you are more apt to turn to God. When you do not see a way out you learn to turn to God more quickly. Because you have developed a relationship with God, when life throws stones at you, it becomes natural to rely upon our LORD. Lamentations 3:22-23 says, “Because of the LORD’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning great is your faithfulness.” Today, try relying upon the LORD—He will see you through whatever you are going through. God Bless. Amen.
