Praise the Lord!

Praise God in all things, give thanks, and have a grateful heart!

February 5, 2026

What does it mean to Praise the Lord?  It means actively expressing adoration, gratitude, and honor to God for who He is (King of kings) and what He has done (His works).  It involves exalting His name above all else through song, prayer, and thanksgiving.  Praising God is our outward expression, not limited to music, which can include singing, shouting, dancing, playing instruments, but being able to praise God in all of life, even the difficult times.  True praise is a consistent, daily, inner posture of trust, reverence, and gratitude.  It is a way of life.  It is how we express what a mighty and wonderful God we have.

Today, let us Praise the LORD and give thanks for His steadfast love endures forever. Praise the LORD and sing a new song.  Let us praise the LORD and be glad in it, for He is King of kings Lord of lords Mighty and Wonderful is He.  Praise the LORD all the lands.  Praise Him all you people for this is the first day of the rest of your life, so let us come to the LORD singing songs of praise.  “Come, let us sing for joy to the LORD; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation.” (Psalms 95:1) Praise God from whom all things are made. Praise Him.  Praise Him and give thanks for He is our God and it is He that has made us.  Praise the LORD!  God Bless.  Amen.
