Praise the LORD! Now smile when you say, “Praise the LORD!” Did you feel the difference? Whenever you smile, whether you answer the phone, talk with someone or even text your demeanor changes. A smile not only changes you and your demeanor but others as well. Smiling is important because it can improve your mood, reduce stress, and boost your immune system. Smiling can also help you feel more confident and improve how you feel. Read the next paragraph smiling. You will feel a difference. Praise the Lord! For this is the day that the LORD has made let us rejoice and be glad in it! Today as you go forth, may you know that God loves you—always and forever! That God forgives you—learn to forgive yourself. And as this day unfolds remember you are a beloved child of God created in God’s image—so do all things as a beloved child of God—serve the LORD with gladness—praise is Holy Name. Now may God bless you today and always, for this is the day that the LORD has made. Praise the LORD! God Bless. Amen.
