Pray—God listens! Sometimes, when I pray I ask God, “To bind evil from me, to put a hedge of protection around me, to keep me safe, to expand my territory, to give me prosperity and abundance, to bless me, and anoint me with Jesus’ blood of protection.” Not only do I pray this for me, but I also pray this prayer, for all who are on my prayer list. It is a simple prayer, but powerful. 1 John 5:14 reads, “This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.” Sometimes, we forget the importance of prayer in our life. Sometimes, we get so busy being busy with life that we do not set aside time to send alone with our Lord. Sometimes, we just forget about God. Today, make time for our Lord, try being intentional about spending time with our Lord. He is a very important part of our everyday life. Because you have made God part of your daily life, your day just might go smoother. It is something to think about. God Bless. Amen.
