Prayer is our lifeline to God. It is how we communicate with God and God with us. Prayer can occur anytime, anyplace, anyhow, or anywhere. You can pray with your eyes open or closed, quiet or loud, by yourself or with others. Prayer can happen morning, noon, night or any time in between. Doesn’t it make you feel good when someone says, “I will be praying for you”? I truly believe that there is power in prayer. Prayer works. Prayer calms our aching spirit and gives us hope. Hope for the future. Prayer gives us peace when nothing else will or can. Prayer heals our aching spirit and gives us courage to face another day. Ephesians 3:16 says, “I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being.” Today, let 5 people know that you are praying for them. Not only will it make their day, but it will also make yours as well. God Bless. Amen
