Rejoice; you woke up today.

January 9, 2024

Rejoice; you woke up today. Rejoice, because you are alive and well, knowing that this is the first day of the rest of your life. How will you use this day? You can choose to waste this day away, or you can use it for good? You can feel sorry for yourself or you can make the best of the moment you are in? Will you complain and pout or look to the bright side of life. For this day is yours to use any way you want. Think about it, God gave you this day, a new beginning. It is all any of us really have for we cannot change the past nor do we know what the future will bring. So today, try giving thanks, praise God, accept God’s unconditional love. Remember God created you in His image and in God’s eye’s you are wonderful. He has also given you many gifts, so use the gifts God has given you. And remember you are forgiven, so forgive yourself as God forgives you. Make this the best day ever. Because there are NO re-do’s in life. And as the day unfolds, to take time for God, pray, meditate, sing songs out loud, laugh, dance, and enjoy. Remember God is with you always and forever. God will never let you down. So go forth with God at your side. Turn to Him, trust Him, and believe that He will help you. Hence we can confidently say the LORD is my helper I will not be afraid. (Hebrews 13:6) Praise God. God Bless. Amen.
