Scripture comforts, scripture leads us to God, scripture teaches us, scripture gives us answers to life’s difficult questions, scripture shows us how to praise God and give thanks, scripture reveals to us what a mighty and wonderful God we serve. Here are some scriptures that touch my heart. Psalm 106:1 reads, “Praise the LORD! O give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; for his steadfast love endures forever!” “O sing to the LORD a new song; sing to the LORD, all the earth! Sing to the LORD, bless his name; tell of his salvation from day to day. (Psalm 96:1-2) “Be still, and know that I am God.” (Psalm 46:1a) “As a deer longs for flowing streams, so longs my soul for thee, O God.” (Psalms 42:1) “Trust in the LORD, and do good; so you will dwell in the land, and enjoy security. Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” (Psalm 37:3-4) “The LORD lives; and blessed be my rock and exalted be the God of my salvation” (Psalm18:40) “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” (Philippians 4:13) “The joy of the Lord is my strength.” (Nehemiah 8:10) “Nothing shall separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 8:39) Today, open your Bible find scripture that touches your heart. And remember to praise the LORD, give thanks for this is the day that the LORD has made let us rejoice and be glad in it. God Bless. Amen.
