Sin is anything that separates us from God. It is an immoral act considered to be a transgression against God. We as humans sin, we make mistakes, we say things that hurt others, we do things that we know are wrong and yet we do them anyway. We fall short of doing what we know is right. We sin. God knows that we do this, and He loves us anyway. That is why He sent His Son into this world for you and for me. Christ leads us to forgiveness. Christ teaches us to try to become more like Him. There was a saying a few years ago that really defines how we as “Christians” should act. Do you remember it? “WHAT WOULD JESUS DO” What will you do? Today, think about those words, before you say or do anything. Ask yourself “What Would Jesus Do” then base your decision on that answer. You will be amazed how differently you begin to live out your life. Peter 2:21 reads, “To this you were called, because Christ suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow in his steps.” God Bless. Amen.
