Sometimes we struggle with what life throws at

Sometimes we struggle with what life throws at us.

December 12, 2024

Sometimes we struggle with what life throws at us. It seems so unfair at times; all you just want to sit down and say “WAIT” I need a break. We have all felt this at one time or another—life just gets overwhelming. To feel overwhelmed means to experience an intense feeling of being overloaded or unable to cope with the demands placed upon you, often caused by too many responsibilities, stress, or emotions, leading to a sense of being unable to think clearly or function effectively. Today, whatever is transpiring in your life know God is there with you. Holding you up, sustaining you, loving you, so hold on to Him. God will balance you, calm your raging spirit and give you peace. He will also give you the strength and courage, and the wisdom and knowledge you need to best deal with the situation at hand. Psalm 62:1 reads, “My soul finds rest in God alone; my salvation comes from Him. He alone is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress; I will never be shaken.” So take a deep breath, and breathe. God will calm you, so do not be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you. Remember that. Hold on. This too will pass. God Bless. Amen.
