The joy of the LORD is my strength.

The joy of the LORD is my strength.

May 6, 2023

The joy of the LORD is my strength. The joy of the LORD is my strength. (Nehemiah 8:10) Rejoice in the Lord always, again I will say, rejoice. (Philippians 4:4) I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. (Philippians 4:13) Sometimes, in life all we can do is say these verses, over and over, to get us through the situation we are in. We all have tribulations and heartache in our lives. Life is unfair. Life happens and when it does, all we can do is to cling to our LORD. Joshua 23:8 reads, “…but you shall cling to the LORD your God as you have done to this day.” This is what our Lord asks us to do, so give your attention to God, not the situation you are dealing with. Therefore, attach yourself to God’s word and as the day unfolds the power of our God will fill you and sustain you as you walk through this valley of pain and sorrow. Remember, this is the day that the Lord has made, God is with us. God Bless. Amen.
