“Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stall; yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will be joyful in God my savior.” (Habakkuk 3:17-18) This scripture reveals to us that no matter what is happening in our life whether it be tribulation or heartache, joy or happiness, no matter what is occurring at this very moment in time we must never forget to rejoice in our LORD and praise Him. For when life is most difficult, that is when we need to praise God, because God is the sustainer of our lives. He gives us hope when all hope seems lost, gives us peace when our life is in turmoil, and sustains us when we know not what to do. Our God is with us always giving us the strength and courage we need to deal with the dilemmas of each day. God Bless. Amen.
