Today is the first day of the rest of our life and on this day let us praise the LORD giving thanks for He is good and His steadfast love endures forever. Our God is King of kings and LORD of lords mighty and wonderful is He. Let us not forget that our God created the heavens and the earth. He is the beginning and the end of all things. He is the creator and sustainer of all life. He is our all in all. So let us praise the Lord and give thanks for this is the day that the LORD has made let us rejoice and be glad in it. Isaiah 12:4-5 reminds us of this it says, “In that day you will say: ‘Give praise to the LORD, proclaim his name; make known among the nations what he has done, and proclaim that his name is exalted. Sing to the LORD, for he has done glorious things; let this be known to all the world.’” Praise the LORD. God Bless. Amen.
