Trouble Happens!

God helps and offers comfort.

August 3, 2026

“The righteous person faces many troubles, but the LORD comes to the rescue each time.” (Psalms 34:19NLT)

Trouble happens in life.  There are moments of great joy that are accented by times of unbelievable heartache. The good, the bad, and the ugly, happens to us all.  We face hard times, pain, and sadness in life.

This scripture tells us God helps.  God does not stop life from happening, problems occur, but God does promise to help us through them—by giving us strength, courage, hope, and assurance.

God gives us peace when anxiety bombards us.  God provides strength when we are weak.  He gives us courage when fear assails us. Hope when we feel defeated. Wisdom when we are unsure of ourselves.  Sound mind when we are panicking.  Self-control when chaos is knocking at our door.  Rest when we are weary.  Joy when circumstances seem to try to steal it.  Comfort when sadness takes over.  Grace when we have fallen short of what God has called us to do and to be.  Forgiveness when we have sinned.  Love when we feel unlovable.  God gives us acceptance when no one else will.

God is the God of all things a very presence in times of trouble and times of joy as will. So, the next times life gets in the way, go to God.  And remember, a person faces many troubles, but the LORD comes to the rescue each time. God Bless.  Amen.
