Trust is a firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something, grounded in a feeling of security and the expectation that they will act in a dependable and honest manner. It is often built over time through consistent actions like keeping promises and communicating openly. Trust can also be thought of as a force that enables us to overcome uncertainty and form confidence. Scripture tells us the importance of trusting God. Proverbs 3:5 says, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.” Psalm 28:7a tells us, “The Lord is my strength and my shield, in him my heart trusts...” We are to trust God in all things. Trust in God. In God we trust. So, if life is causing you grief, in God I trust. If your relationship is having difficulties, in God I trust. If your health is not up to par, in God I trust. If a loved one is sick, in God I trust. When driving in your car, in God I trust. When flying on an airplane, in God I trust. When meeting with a client, in God I trust. When creating a project, in God I trust. When looking for a parking place, in God I trust. When waking up, in God I trust. In all things we are to trust in God. So, let us trust God with our being. By placing our faith, belief, and life, in God hands, in all situations and circumstances, for guidance, protection, and well-being. Because when you place your trust in God, you know that no matter what happens in life God is there. He will see you through whatever life throws your way. It is something to remember. God Bless. Amen.
