Trusting—showing or tending to have a belief in a person’s honesty or sincerity; not suspicious. Hoping—is to want something to happen or be the case. Believing—is to accept something as true or feel sure of the truth of something. We trust, hope, and believe that the future will bring good things. That joy and happiness will occur. But sometimes in life it can be hard because doubt and fear emerge. Especially when our society seems unbalanced and is moving in the wrong direction. Keeping a positive attitude in the midst of uncertainty and heartache seems at times unbearable. The most powerful form of positive thinking happens when we do not let doubt and fear come into our thoughts. Learning to trust God in all situations—leaning upon His guidance and believing God is greater, bigger, than any situation or circumstance we are in. Today, turn to God, give Him the problem. Tell God you cannot do this by yourself. That He is going to have to help by calming your fears and doubts and giving you the strength you need to get through the situation, moment by moment. Jeremiah 29:1 says, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Now believe it. God will see you through! God is with you! God Bless. Amen.
