What are you going through right now?

June 29, 2024

What are you going through right now? Where the situation just seems so hopeless, and you know not what to do. You even find it hard to pray or talk to God—so you avoid God as if He were the plague. Yet that does seem to work either. Nothing seems to work, and the situation isn’t changing. Jesus said in Matthew 27:8, “My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?” Even David said this in Psalm 22:1. We all have felt this at one time or another. We even wait in the quietness of the moment wondering and praying “Help me! It is so hard, and I am beginning to doubt!” But even though we are in pain, or we doubt, and we question life—we still place our hope in the LORD. Psalms 33:20 reminds us, “We wait in hope for the LORD; He is our help and our shield.” Because our LORD, our God is bigger than any situation or circumstance and He will give us the strength and courage we need—even when we doubt! Even when we do not know what to do—God is with us! God Bless. Amen.
