What is a prayer that God has answered

What is a prayer that God has answered in your life?

January 31, 2024

What is a prayer that God has answered in your life? I was diagnosed, with Wet Macular degeneration in my left eye, a year ago. It is a harsh disease, for you lose your vision. Going blind is scary. I have been praying and have asked others to pray for the progression of this disease to stop. As of last month, the progression has stopped and I still have some vision. Praise God. Answer to my prayer. Another prayer that was answered for me, we were going to have to travel. Snow was coming. We needed to get to where we were going before it snowed and the roads were closed. I prayed that the snow would not come in until after we got there. It didn’t begin to snow until after we got to our destination. (Don’t laugh it is true.) Answer to my prayer. Another prayer. I need to have a TB test done. I made an appointment to get one. I had a server allergic reaction to it. Couldn’t breathe, lost my voice, and my tongue swelled. The doctor gave me steroid shots, put me on a nebulizer and watched to see how I would respond. I recovered, answer to my prayer. Our God is the same yesterday, today and forever. He is with us in all things and all situations. We just need to remember to ask for His help. Sure, I am aware that God answers our prayers in different ways and sometimes the answer to our prayer is not what we want, but the answer is always what God deems right and true. Matthew 7:7-8 reminds us, “Ask, and it will be given you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For every on who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.” God is with us, turn to Him, ask, pray, believe. For miracles do occur. If only you have the eyes to see, the ears to hear and the wisdom to discern them. Our God is an awesome God. Amen.
