What is one thing in life that you

What is one thing in life that you want most?

November 17, 2023

What is one thing in life that you want most? Is it healing of an illness, healing for a loved one, mending a broken relationship, achieving financial gain, finding Mr. or Mrs. Right? What is one thing in your life that you want manifested? And you pray and pray, hoping and wishing that this want will happen! No matter what is going on in your life, no matter if life is good and things are going your way; we must remember God is with you. Even, if life is hard and frustrating, know that God is with you. Helping you step by step, giving you the strength, and courage you need. Even when it does not seem as if God is answering your prayer, the way you want them to be answered. Remember what Psalms 139:9-10 says, “If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast.” Then Philippians 4:4-6 reads, “Rejoice in the LORD always; again I will say, Rejoice. Let all men know your forbearance. The LORD is at hand. Have no anxiety about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of understanding, will keep your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Sometimes just holding on to God—even when we don’t get what we want most is all we can do. So hold on, pray, rejoice and give thanks. For God is with us in the good times as well as the bad. God Bless. Amen.
