When life is throwing lemons at you, trying

When life is throwing lemons at you, trying to center yourself can be very difficult, because your life is in chaos.

When life is throwing lemons at you, trying to center yourself can be very difficult, because your life is in chaos. What do you do? Scream, shout, cry, or throw a temper tantrum? My father always said, “Life is unfair. You have to learn to deal with the situation you are in.” True words! The way I calm my spirit is to pray, listen to Christian music, talk to my best friend, then pray some more. What about you? Deuteronomy 31:8 reads, “It is the LORD who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.” So, when life is overwhelming and you do not know what to do, trust in God’s presence and strength. Pray and it will center you and as you pray draw on God’s love and comfort. For faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1) God Bless. Amen.
