When someone says to you: “I know what you mean.” “I can relate.” “I have been there.” Do you ever think, “You can’t possibly know how I feel and what I have been through! You haven’t walked in my shoes.” We really do not know another person’s experiences, thoughts, hardship, or pain. We each experience life differently and have different experiences. The only one, who can truly relate to us, is Jesus the Christ. Jesus died for our sin and our pain. Our pain. Jesus can pull us up when no one else can. All we can do for another person is listen, hold a person’s hand and be there for that person. Whereas, Jesus can heal our broken hearts. Today whatever you are experiencing know that Jesus is there, go to Him. He will raise you up on eagle’s wings, bear you on the breath of dawn, make you to shine like the sun and hold you in the palm of His Hand. (From the song on Eagles Wings) This song was taken from the passage Isaiah 40:27-30. It reads, “Have you not known? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary, his understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the faint, and to him who has not might he increases strength. Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted; but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.” Remember, you are never alone. You have someone who can understand your pain and your sorrow. God! God Bless. Amen.
