1 Thessalonians 5:15-18 says, “Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always try to be kind to each other and to everyone else. Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” Sometimes we forget this. Sometimes in our humanness we do not act as God has called us to act, to think, and to speak. So, if there is someone you want to pay back for a wrong that they have committed against you, don’t. As the day unfolds pray, pray as if your life depends on it, because it does—whether you are at a stop light, during a commercial on TV, or walking down the street. Always do everything in kindness—for if you can’t say anything nice don’t say anything at all—just be kind, it is not that hard! Do not forget, the joy of the LORD is our strength, so whatever happens in life, remember you and God got this. Finally, give thanks in all things, for this is the day that the LORD has made let us rejoice and be glad in it. God Bless. Amen.
