Do what is right, even when no one

Do what is right, even when no one is watching.

Do what is right, even when no one is watching. What kind of person are you? Are you a kind and decent person? Are you a rude, frustrated, angry person? Do you always do the right thing? Are you truthful and honest? What type of person are you? Do you realize, how you act, what you say, how you think, reveals the type of God you believe in and what type of person you are. Think about it, what do others see, a wicked person, whom evil reigns, within and around you? Are you an honest, God fearing, person? Most of us would like to say, we are a decent, kind, and caring person and that others feel the same about us! Right? Are your beliefs and actions one and the same? God wants us to follow His teachings. He wants us to do the right thing, in all situations and circumstances, not when it just serves our purpose. Have you ever heard these quotes, “Do what is right, not what is easy.” Or “The truth of the matter is that you always know the right thing to do. The hard part is doing it.” Or “Integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.” (C.S. Lewis) James 4:17 reads, “So whoever knows the right thing to do and fails to do it, for him it is sin.” Today, you have choices to make. Choose good and not evil, kindness in all things and forgive those who have wronged you. Do not feel sorry for yourself. Be polite, honest, and compassionate. It does not gain you anything to be rude, mean and hateful. Life is too short. Be the person God wants you to be. You just might have a better day. God Bless. Amen.
