Do you tell your spouse how much you

Do you tell your spouse how much you appreciate, love and cherish him or her?

August 6, 2023

Do you tell your spouse how much you appreciate, love and cherish him or her? Do you tell your children how much you love them or how proud you are of them? What about your step-children, your grandchildren? Do you acknowledge your friends and tell them how glad you are they are a part of your life? How about your parents, your siblings, even your co-workers? Do you say thank you and please? Do you have manners? Are you polite and considerate? Or do you get so absorbed in what is happening in your little world of “self” that you lose perspective of those around you? See people have all said unkind and judgmental things about us and we too have done the same. What God wants us to do is take the high road and be kind, caring and compassionate always, with everyone in our life. Ephesians 4:32 reads, “Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.” God loves you unconditionally always and forever. He wants you to share your understanding of this love to those around you. So tell someone how much you appreciate him or her. Give thanks. Express Love. Then enjoy, for life is too short. Remember this is the day that the LORD has made let us rejoice and be glad in it. God Bless. Amen.
