Evil surrounds us, and moves in and through our lives.

Evil surrounds us, and moves in and through our lives. Evil is profoundly immoral and wicked. The world is stalked by relentless evil. Evil can be very subtle, for it lures you in, which means it tempts you or attracts you with promise of pleasure or reward. Once you step over and are lured in, for some people, there is no going back. Alcohol and drugs can lead you down a road some cannot afford to go down. Clothes also can be very addictive. Gambling, sex, spending money you do not have, over eating can lure you in as well. That is why they have addiction hotlines, rehabs and counseling for us to go to, to get the help we need. The Bible tells us in 1 Peter 5:8, “Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. Then 1 Corinthians 15:33 tells us, “Do not be deceived: ‘Bad company ruins good morals.’” Sometimes in life, the choices we make are not healthy. We do not even realize the direction that choice is taking us down. That is why God and our relationship with God is so important, because God shows you His love for us. “For God so loved the world that He sent His only begotten son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life and the forgiveness of their sin.” (John 3:16) Remember the journey of self-destruction is a very hard journey, not only does it affect you it affects your loved ones too! So search for God, pray, read the Bible, He is there with you always and forever. He will help you overcome! God Bless. Amen.
