Fear is an unpleasant emotion, caused by, the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat. We all get fearful, in our lives, at some time or another. Fear can cause us to stop dead in our tracks. It can also make us run away as fast as we can from the fearful thing we are encountering. Then there are those, who come out fighting, and fight their way through the situation. However, you respond to fear it is deep rooted within you and you will react in one of these three modes. The one thing that God does in our lives is to help us when we are fearful. God can calm our fearful spirit and He can give us the strength and courage we need to get through the situation we are in. Joshua 1:9 reads, “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.” It is something for us to remember when we become fearful. God Bless. Amen.
