How is your day going?

Good day. How is your day going? Are you having a good day? Not so good or are you having a bad day? I once heard an elderly man say, “I never have bad days because each day I wake up—it is a good day.” Great words! I think we too have to make that choice. We have to choose to enjoy life, and make the best out of each day—moment by moment. But as you well know, that is not easy to do, because life gets in the way. I think the way we learn how to do this has to do with perspective. Perspective is a point of view, an attitude toward or way of regarding a situation. Ephesians 4:31-32 reads, “Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.” When we learn to let go and let God, start our day off in prayer and time with God, talking to God throughout the day, life just goes better. For you are focused on God, not the things of the world. It is something to strive for, don’t you think? God Bless. Amen.
