Has anyone one ever wronged you? Has anyone

Has anyone one ever wronged you?

June 27, 2025

Has anyone one ever wronged you? Has anyone ever hurt your feelings? Have you ever wanted a re-do on a situation that haunts you? If we are honest, we all have been hurt, wronged and want a re-do if we could. But re-dos are not possible and trying to change the outcome of a situation is nearly impossible. The Good News is Jesus came to offer us all forgiveness, to heal our hurts and to calm our raging spirits. All we must do is to turn to Him, ask for forgiveness and then forgive those who have wronged us. It sounds so simple but learning to do this can at times be hard to do. Something to remember if you want to be forgiven of your wrongs, forgive others of the wrongs they have done unto you. To forgive means stop feeling angry or resentful toward someone for an offense, flaw, or mistake. Colossians 3:13 reads, “Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone, forgive as the LORD forgave you.” Matthew 6:14-15 tells us, “For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.” Finally, Ephesians 4:31-32 reads, “Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.” It is something to think about. They say to err is human, to forgive is divine. Forgiveness is a virtuous act! It is something to try. God Bless. Amen.
