How many negative comments come out of your mouth in a day, what about in an hour?

How many negative comments come out of your mouth in a day, what about in an hour? A negative comment can be, “I do not like her hair. He doesn’t know how to dress. She looks really bad. I hate how he is acting.” Or things like, “She makes me sick. I do not like him. She is fat. He is a pig. She is dumb. What an idiot he is.” on and on our comments go. Demeaning one another, making fun, or even criticized each other, seems to be ready upon our tongue. It is constant and occurs throughout the day. The bible tells us judge not and you will not be judged, take the log out of your own eye before you take the speck out of another person’s eye. (Matthew 7:1-3) My mother taught me if you cannot say anything nice don’t say anything at all. Yet we still do make fun and say things we should not, every one of us does this. Today, I challenge you to think before you speak and if you want to say something negative tell God and God alone. It just might change your life and others as well. God Bless. Amen.
