I have been known to be gullible or naïve.

September 19, 2024

I have been known to be gullible or naïve. Which means easily persuaded to believe something, credulous. I have been made fun of and the joke of the party because I am so gullible. And most of the time I think it is as funny as everyone else does. So we laugh and laugh. Laughter is good! Having fun is good! Having a good sense of humor can help any situation you are in, whether you are having a good time or are struggling with life. I was with a very dear friend of mine the other day. She has major health issues, so it was so good to see her. As we talked and reminisced, we laughed and laughed at our silliness over the years. It was good and refreshing. And the laughter helped her I think, as well as myself. Today, no matter what you are going through remember to laugh a little and enjoy the moment you are—do not let the evil one steal your joy! Life is too short. So make lemonade when life throws you lemons and add lots and lots of sugar. Remember the joy of the LORD is our strength! (Nehemiah 8:10) God Bless. Amen.
