If you could change anything in your life,

If you could change anything in your life, what would it be?

January 11, 2024

If you could change anything in your life, what would it be? Would you change your appearance, your IQ, where you were born, your parents, your siblings, how much money you have, how about some of your decisions? The problem is you cannot. Sad but true. We are born who we are and everything else is up to us, and the choices we make along the way. Sometimes, life is good to us and sometimes life is very hard. In our life, we make great decisions, other times not so good. And there is nothing we can do to change the past, it is what it is. Learning to deal with our bad decisions, the bad breaks we get, or even who we were born to, is part of our journey in this life of ours. We can feel sorry for our self and become a victim or we can face the situation we are in by overcoming it with our tenacity and God’s help. God never promised us a life without pain or sorrow. What God promised is a life with Him. Psalm 23:3 reads, “He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake.” This verse promises us that as we walk with God. He will guide us in the right paths. This means that God is not guiding us to benefit Him; rather, He is offering guidance so that we will make good decisions and know that no matter what life throws our way, God is with us. God is with us and we will be OK. God Bless. Amen.
