It is good to know others pray for

It is good to know others pray for you.

January 5, 2024

It is good to know others pray for you. It feels comforting to know someone keeps you in his or her prayers. Today, my prayer for you is that you lean upon God in all that you do, knowing that He will give you the strength, courage, and tenacity you need to get through any situation you are in, whether it is hopelessness, lust, greed, anger, frustration, gossiping, depression, pride, gluttony, sloth or the others sins that tempt you. May you find peace in the midst of the day. Remember the Golden Rule—do unto others as you would have them do unto you, that means if you need a hug—go give a hug. If you need to visit with someone—then call a friend. If you need help go ask for help—you get the picture. And finally spend time alone with God. He will help you get through any situation you are in. Hebrews 13:6 reads, “The LORD is my helper; I will not be afraid.” So go to God. He is there. These things we pray. God Bless. Amen.
