Matthew 14:31 reads, “Immediately Jesus reached out his hand and caught him, ‘You of little faith,’ he said, ‘why did you doubt?’” We all, doubt at different times in our lives. We wonder why things are the way they are. We hurt and ask God “Why?” Doubt is a feeling of uncertainty or lack of conviction, confusion or being unsure of oneself. So, we question God and pray “Help me LORD. Help me in my unbelief.” Then in our desperation we try to reach down within us, trying with all our might, grasping at our faith because, sometimes faith is all you have! Then step by step, moment by moment and breath by breath you are able to inch forward. So, what is it that you are doubting right now in your life? I have found when you feel like this, go to God in prayer, listen to Christian music, read the Bible, meditate, and then just let go and let God—praying all the while, “Help me LORD in my unbelief.” And as time goes by it will get better, for this too shall pass. And with God on your side how can you fail. Just remember, God is with you. God Bless. Amen.
